1. Information Collection: Building Your Logistics Strategy

A. Account & Contact Information

  • Primary Account Identifier: Your Email ID serves as your unique login credential and primary channel for critical service alerts, invoices, and T+2 notifications.
  • Business Identity: Legal name, GSTIN, PAN, and registered business address.
  • Communication: Phone number for our Zero-Bot Human Support interactions and manual NDR (Non-Delivery Report) verification.

B. Financial & Wallet Data

  • ShipLive Wallet: We maintain a real-time ledger of your Wallet Balance, transaction history, and shipping credit deductions.
  • Payment Gateways: All Wallet top-ups and subscription payments are processed via Razorpay and ICICI Bank Payment Gateway. ShipLive does not store sensitive card details or net-banking credentials; these are managed by our PCI-DSS compliant partners.
  • Remittance Data: Bank account details are stored securely to facilitate our Accelerated T+2 COD Payouts.

 

2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

To provide a "Strategy in Motion" experience, ShipLive uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve platform performance:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for secure login, session management, and Wallet security.
  • Functional Cookies: To remember your preferences, such as dashboard layouts and saved SKU weights in the Weight Dispute Portal.

3. Log Data & Technical Information

Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Service. This is essential for platform stability and fraud prevention:

  • Technical Identifiers: IP address, browser type, operating system, and the referring web page.
  • Usage Statistics: Pages visited on the ShipLive dashboard, time spent on specific tools, and timestamps of Wallet transactions.
  • Error Reporting: In the event of a software crash, we collect log data to identify and fix the issue through our human engineering team.

4. Mobile App Permissions

To ensure the ShipLive Mobile App functions as a real-time logistics tool, we request:

  • Camera & Gallery: Required for the Weight Dispute Portal to upload photographic/video evidence of shipments to contest courier overcharges.
  • Push Notifications: To send real-time alerts regarding Wallet balance, T+2 remittance credits, and high-risk RTO warnings.
  • Device Storage: To download and store shipping labels, manifests, and tax invoices.

5. How We Use Your Data

  • Profit Protection: Utilizing SKU and weight data within the Weight Dispute Portal to reverse unfair courier surcharges.
  • Financial Settlement: Using your Email ID and Bank details to verify and execute T+2 COD settlements within 48 hours.
  • Logistics Execution: Sharing recipient data with the AIPEX Worldwide network and partner couriers to execute deliveries and manage NDRs.
  • Platform Integrity: Using Log Data and Cookies to detect and prevent fraudulent shipping activity or unauthorized Wallet access.

6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

  • The AIPEX Foundation: As the digital arm of AIPEX Worldwide, ShipLive utilizes the parent company's ISO-certified logistics infrastructure. Your data remains within our secure, closed ecosystem.
  • Trusted Partners: We share only necessary data with Razorpay, ICICI Bank, and courier partners to fulfill the services you request.
  • No-Sale Policy: We never sell, rent, or trade your merchant or customer data to third-party marketing agencies.

7. Data Security

  • Encryption: All data, including Wallet transactions, Log Data, and Email communications, is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
  • Human Oversight: Access to sensitive financial data is restricted to authorized human personnel to support our "Human-in-the-Loop" service model.

8. Your Rights & Data Deletion

  • Access: You can review your Wallet ledger and business profile via the ShipLive dashboard.
  • Communication: While you can opt-out of marketing, critical operational emails (invoices, Wallet alerts, and T+2 notifications) are mandatory.
  • Deletion: Upon account cancellation via accountst@aipexworldwide.com, ShipLive will purge your content and personal data as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, unless retention is legally required for tax auditing.

9. Updates to this Policy

As ShipLive evolves, we may update this policy. We will notify you of any significant changes via push notifications on the ShipLive App or through your registered email.
