Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ShipLive, we value transparency and operational efficiency. This policy outlines the terms regarding the termination of services and financial obligations. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Account Cancellation You may choose to terminate your ShipLive account at any time. To initiate a formal cancellation, please send a written request from your registered email address to accountst@aipexworldwide.com.
2. Data Deletion and Integrity Upon the successful cancellation of your account, all associated Content and historical logistics data will be permanently deleted from the ShipLive Service. As this action is immediate and irreversible, we strongly advise merchants to export any necessary reports or data archives prior to requesting cancellation.
3. Final Billing and Settlement If the Service is cancelled mid-month, ShipLive will generate one final invoice covering the usage up to the cancellation date. Once this final settlement is successfully processed and paid, no further charges will be incurred.
4. Service Modification and Termination ShipLive (the digital-first arm of AIPEX Worldwide) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service for any reason, at our sole discretion, without prior notice at any time. This ensures we maintain the highest standards of network integrity for all our partners.
5. Anti-Fraud Protocol ShipLive maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity. Without limiting other legal remedies, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if we suspect—through conviction, settlement, insurance, or escrow investigation—that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site or the shipping network.
6. Subscription Policy Please note that all subscription plans are non-refundable. ShipLive does not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for any unused portion of a subscription term.
